"My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and tidy with a good sized kitchenette should you wish to do some cooking yourself during your stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly, we were also able to print all of our documents at reception for the flight home (including all COVID-19 documents!) which was super handy. "This property doesn't offer shampoo or conditioning for the shower. The shower stall isn't too grate, it is very small and water can get everywhere. Also, they do not supply pool towels, but you can rent them from there and you have to pay extra for WIFI...not very good as I thought I was paying for ALL inclusive. The drinks aren't that good either and the A/C only worked once for the 8 day staying. The people that work there is the best thing, but I'd stay there again. "
