Very spacious and clean apartment.
I was surprised with how well the place was laid out. Everything you need.
Even a BBQ on the patio to use.

The staff member I dealt with was outstanding! She is a great asset to this property. She was responsive to my queries and went out of her way to resolve issues. I hope the owners appreciate what a treasure they have!

Great view of the ocean from our suite, walking distance to the beach and a small row of shops. Only 5ish minute drive to get to the mount, bay fair or bay park so very convenient.

I stayed in the big apartment upstairs with Seaview. So beautiful and comfortable and large
Everything was so comfortable and the view amazing.
It was very cold outside but the apartment gets all day sun and was toasty warm.
Views of Mount beach, Mauao Mountain and the Papamoa Beach Hills. So gorgeous!!
ORB restaurant you can see from the balcony. It’s a good place to eat and BYO
Pity the spa was out of order on my stay and I wasn’t notified beforehand

Generally ut is good. Just bathroom facilities are littke old.
