Property was comfortable, located reasonable walking distance from the main town of Tauranga. However, internet was very patchy during our stay, and beach wise not much access to speak about.

Hi AdrianApologies for your internet experience. Once we knew there was an issue, we had our technician on site by 10.30am. It appears when we had the building washed that day, it damaged one of our access points, which is now replaced and all rooms are back up an running. We are harbour view not beach, however most of our guests love the water outlook. :-)

Generally good. Room was clean, good view of the water nearby and walking to distance to numerous restaurants
