"Everything was immaculate, the staff were LOVELY, we needed to arrive late, the key was left where it was easily accessible, the light was on in our room, the two pools are stunning! We are hot pool people. Absolutely stunning. We stayed on the way down to Wellington, loved it so much we stayed on the way back up to Auckland. There are a LOT of choices in Taupo and this would be our pick, everytime."

"The place was amazing exactly what we had been looking for and to be greeted with a smile and chat, everyone so friendly, the atmosphere there is hard to explain but it was beautiful. A stroll down the lake to all the cafes and restaurant. We had a lovely dinner we got everything we asked for and more. We will definitely be coming back again to beautiful Taupo. "

Beautiful Views
"A gorgeous view awaits after checking in! Not only do they have great views, they have great service and food. We were only there as a stop-over, but such a good choice for a brief stay. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant to avoid driving around some more just to find a place to eat. Such an excellent choice. The room was extremely large and very comfortable. I wish we could have spent more time there. "
