The appt was top notch over looking the lake and the staff were all so friendly and helpful I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else when visiting Taupo again

We had an accessible unit and a suggestion would be to reserve the carpark outside the unit for disability parking.

Staff are friendly. Location is perfect, a minute from the restaurants and shops. Clean and tidy.
