We had an accessible unit and a suggestion would be to reserve the carpark outside the unit for disability parking.

Staff are friendly. Location is perfect, a minute from the restaurants and shops. Clean and tidy.

Easy check in procedure followed by undercover parking for my vehicle also a freindly conversation 😀 highly recommended and the morning view ... spectacular... cheers guys ur awesome 👌 👏 👍

Great stay and a great shower and comfortable beds. Excellent location for lake, shops, dinning all easy and walkable. We will be back.

Friendly greeting at check-in, great location and easy walk into town, clean rooms with everything you need. Friendly farewell at check out. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to friends

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, rooms felt clean an cosy. The stunning lake view looking straight out to the snow on the mountains. Shower an spa were powerful, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and a Beautiful lady, makes all the difference having a friendly face, thank you.we have stayed a few times, This is our go to motel in Taupo.
