Staff members were helpful overall to address some issues, e.g. changed us a new room due to weak shower water flow, provided a lunchbox to takeaway morning breakfast

They made no hesitation to organize a ride to the airport at 5:30am. They even handed me a takeout breakfast box since it was too early for them to organize breakfast at the hotel. Too notch no nonsense service.

This is my first time booking a hotel on Hotels.com. It's a fantastic experience. The hotel not only has a good location and offers competitive prices compared to other options, but the staff also always show their warm smiles and polite attitude. By the way, the hotel's breakfast offers a variety of choices and fresh local food.
