I have been staying at the prperty for the last 8 weeks Two weeks ago there was no heat in the bedroom they tried to fix the problem but really it never got warm. Last week i stayed at a different property which was fine . This past week i decided to stay at sleepy hollow again and agin there was a heating peoblem in the room, Im not going to stay there the rest of the winter

We stayed during the Halloween parade and related events. The property is very walkable, about twenty minutes from the downtown area. The hills might be treacherous for those with strollers or wheelchairs, but it was very accessible for those who can walk comfortably.
Parking at the hotel was very accommodating, and that was useful as parking downtown seemed like a nightmare.
We got one of the larger, premium rooms, and it was pleasant. Bathrooms were very nice.

The staff was very helpful and addressing the initial issues of a cold room and no hot water.. they did repeatedly check in to see if these issues were corrected. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay

No hot water. No elevator. Had to drag 2 suitcases up 2 levels. No room service. No bellman.

The toilet was running on & off all night. The room was cold & temperature on the thermostat didnt adjust. I went to shower before I left this morning and there was no hot water. Other than that bed & pillows were very comfortable. Staff was great. The young man at the counter was new and looked very overwhelmed. How do you have just 1 person at the front desk on a holiday? Especially someone new. And I'm disabled, I had to walk and carry my bags to the 4th floor. Elevator not in Service? No one told me i could park on the side which was closer to my room. What happens if you have a guest with a wheelchair? They young man at the desk also told me twice my card was declined when it actually went through. So we tried again and he was still saying it was declined and I used another card. So i know the holds come off. But i was charged 3 x on 2 different cards.

Only things not happy about. 1)Thermostat in room was locked at 69 ( they had not allowed for heat mode ,) .. 2)hot water was not as hot as should have been for the shower . . Staff were really nice , 8/10

Other places I have stayed at had a microwave in the room. this one didn't.
