A well placed hotel for exploring the centre of Tarragona, friendly and helpful staff, good facilities and nice rooms.

Safe in the box was broken. I requested another room, but it was not available.
On the other hand, staff in the cafe was very friendly and nice.

Air conditioning didn’t work well at all. I think I maybe slept 5 hours total over two nights due to how hot the room was. Also heard other guests complaining about it. TV kept freezing. Could not ring front desk from the room. No sauna. All things that I booked the room for.

We were sweltering trying to figure out the air conditioner and the room was very dim with one faulty lamp and another half dim. A reception staff came to fix both.
The floor was gritty and we had to wipe it with wet paper towels to walk bare feet.
Breakfast was good, and the hotel is well located. I would only consider this a 3 star hotel as it has seen better days.

Good place to stop for access to the main sites. Cafe service excellent.
