Gorgeous hotel, perfect for families

Pros: Everything! Especially the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff
Location: Great central location
We spent an amazing week at Palais Oumensour. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to arrange anything we needed for our one year old toddler - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, a lovely place to hang out and conveniently situated in the centre of Taroudant.
We ate in their restaurant every night and found the food good and varied, with a wide selection of drinks.
They were also able to arrange reasonably priced transfers to/from Agadir airport and a hire car with child seat when we wanted to explore the surrounding area.

Family style service and greeting in the Medina
Posted 7 Jan 2018 on HotelsGreat hotel with excellent service. The photos on the website don't do justice to the building and the rooms it is way better than it looks. We were there for Christmas night and the hotel had a group of local lady singing and playing instruments all evening it was great. Little bit hard to find in the Medina but it is worth the search!

A Great Place Right in the Center of the Medina
Posted 13 Oct 2017 on HotelsBeautiful Riad right in the Medina. We were welcomed with mint tea and friendly hosts. Our room was large and very comfortable. The garden area was so relaxing and well maintained. We enjoyed wonderful dinners by the pool and afternoon teas in the cabanas. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: We liked every thing
kitchen Room Service, We had a good experience during our stay. We liked our stay, the place is clean, safe and the staff took
Cons: Not easy to find, it is better to communicate with them or take a taxi to get there
Location: On the spot you can visit the Medina easily on foot or take a cart for guided tour. The market is a 5-minute walk away. Prices are correct
We had good stay in this guest host, well equiped, at arrival like a home welcoming tea + cookies ice water. Room was equiped, We had dilicious super, in the morning complet breakfast,all meals made on site, we enjoye it. Price for Wine and bear not expensive. Excellent service during meals.
