"The pool was cold and sauna wasnt working. These were two of the main reasons we booked the stay. I rang before booking to ensure a pet friendly property was available and no one mentioned this. The accomodation was very basic with a really hard bed in the master. The kettle leaked from the base, there was broken glass underneath my son’s bed and one of the seats of the sofa was collapsed. Comfortable stay

"Excellent location, no parking on site but there is a multi storey car park a short walk away. Rooms are spacious with everything you need and the rooftop bar is good if a little understaffed at busy times. Breakfast was good and the service couldn’t be faulted "

Great hotel, close to shops & restaurants.

"This is a great hotel within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was large and clean, had a large comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was also very quiet which is a bonus! Staff were very friendly and informative. Parking was included for an extra charge. We will certainly stay there again when visiting Exeter! "
