This is a top tier hotel. The room, in particular is very well appointed with quality furnishings, bathroom and lighting. The pillows are soft and the bed and linen can't be bettered. Excellent wifi too. You can tell the quality of most hotels by the weight of the entrance door, and this one shouted quality. Good designer, happy guest. A little request though: for serious pianists, the grand piano on the second floor needs an urgent tune up! Please!

Elevators should work

Great stop! My dad lives on Tarbes and we wanted a nice more American style of hotel to stay at. This place is great. We got a bigger room as there were 3 of us staying. The girl checking us in was wonderful and so friendly!
