Communication was horrible and did not live up to the bilingual standard. Plus they moved my family to another room last minute while my 7 month old was in a bath. Didn't even attempt to Whatsapp me. Nor did they respond fairly quickly when messaged through this app. They don't offer cleaning services as listed only the cleaning lady will do it as a favor but will charge you. Highly inconvenient over all. Was a beautiful place but lack of communication was so awful we decided to go stay somewhere else. And I have a high tolerance for a B.S. Very strict with check out. Don't even know if they offered the breakfast part because the communication was so bad. Traveled through Europe over the past month. Worst place I've stayed so far. Its better you learn Italian before you come stay here. Otherwise good luck

Dear Sir, being a guest and having paid does not mean doing your own thing.Unfortunately it was not possible to communicate with her because the booking site did not allow it and not even the telephone number was indicated so we had to wait for her to call us. It is not true that we changed her room at the last moment but to make it easier for her we gave her a larger apartment without additional costs. It is false to say that cleaning is paid because every morning she had the apartment cleaned for free. Breakfast is not included therefore she was not entitled to it. Check out is scheduled for 10am to allow the cleaning necessary for the arrival of the other guests. Finally, giving her the opportunity to use the washing machine was a mistake as she washed for 2 days in a row.

Accueil chaleureux Excellent petit déjeuner mais il faut payer un surplus. Un peu d'attente pour la réception. On est heureux de passer la nuit au I Citri pour apprécier Taranto
