Posted 15 Jul 2022 on HotelsVery spacious, comfortable rooms. Bathrooms need updating though. The one issue we had is the steepness of the stairs down to the hotel on arrival. Breakfast was typically Italian - mostly sweet. The breakfast room has a view not to be missed. The staff were very friendly & welcoming.

Posted 11 Jun 2018 on HotelsI knew I was in for a noisy ride when they put me in a room behind the reception. I was right. The staff were very noisy from 7 in the morning. Big gap under the door so it felt like they were in my room. Then, low and behold, the cleaner just walked in at 830 without knocking. She didn’t apologise or even lock the door. Breakfast was terrible.

we are so apologize about your problems in our hotel.
You have to understand that we are a business hotel in the centre of Taranto and during the morning we have a lot of check-out.
About the cleaner didn't see the ticket of not desturbing when she entered in your room at 9:30 a.m.
About breakfast we are a 3 stars hotel and we try to give the maximum giving to our client a continental breakfast, but maybe for you it wasn't enough even if you paid 30,00 € per night.
We hope to see you in an other occasion.

Struttura datata e da ristrutturare almeno nelle stanze. Personale che sopperisce, non a fatica, alle mancanze strutturali e organizzative.

ci dispiace ricevere un punteggio così basso per il Suo soggiorno, eppure durante la Sua permanenza non hai mai fatto presente che ci fossero problemi e tutto lo staff è sempre stato molto cortese e disponibile nei Suoi confronti. Ci piacerebbe sapere in cosa abbiamo mancato e cosa non ha trovato di Suo gradimento.
