"Fin ophold , rent og pænt i lejligheden . Kunne godt ha ønskede der var en lille altan til lejligheden . Måske få oplyst hvad for etage man skal bo på ( ikke handicap venlig ) Udenfor måske et lille overdækken , så man kan stå i læ for eks regnvejr . parsol ved siden af have bordet . "

"A stunning countryside location. The apartment was lovely, lots of space inside and out. It had everything you could want for a family stay, from baking trays to children's colouring and teddes.Utilities, cups, glasses, chopping knives were all in immaculate condition. Siggi (landlord) was super helpful and let the children see and feed the farm animals. There was also a play area and bikes to borrow (which we used to go to the beach near by). "Check in was easy. Some sloped ceilings were pointed out. Bathroom in jr. suite was the best we encountered of 3 stays in Denmark. Suite was roomy and comfortable. Problems with PIN code based access that they change during your stay, and don’t inform about the new code so you can not get in during unmanned hours of the reception (which is all the time almost). Could not call number provided because of non-mobile roaming blocking the only option to get help. "We found this place by chance and were glad we did. It was lovely! Our room was very spacious and there was a common kitchen for cooking which we took advantage of as there was a grocery store close by (short drive but would have been walkable). Lots of character. The couch in our bedroom was a bit shabby but we spent our time downstairs visiting with other guest and the manager. "

Pleasant stay in Jr Suite

"We were looking for a hotel close to Mons Klint and this fit the bill. Just a 15 min drive from Mons Klint and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Rooms were a good size, clean and quiet. Included breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Views from the room were of the golf course which was very beautiful and quiet. "

Hotels.com needs to improve their platform.

"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests. The criticism is of the platform itself hotels.com that does not provide a vehicle for the property to be in touch with the guest for sharing details to access the property. No email was received from the property (unlike on other bookings) and only by chance were we able to reach the property owner. "
