Nice cabins, deficient service.

There was jut an issue on our first day....before we arrived at the hotel I called to confirm our reservation and the receptionist told us that the check in was until 2:00pm, so we decided to go for a walk downtown. After 2:00pm, we arrived at the hotel and noticed the cabin wasn't clean yet. I had to call reception twice in order for them to send the cleaning lady! and it took more than an hour for the room to be ready.

Es muy bonito el lugar y la cabaña tambien, por las fechas que fui la cantidad de cobertores estuvo muy bien pero creo que en fechas de invierno es necesario incluir mas cobertores. El desayuno muy rico y la vista hermosa.

Todo perfecto la verdad muy bonita, elegante y perfecta la cabaña, el único problema real es la llegada estaba horrible el empedrado y tierra necesitas una buena camioneta para llegar.

Pros: las instalaciones
Excelente espacio para pasar un fin de semana o mas tiempo en campañia de la familia, amigos etc.
Servicio y limpieza estupendo. habitaciones muy agradables y cuidados.

DESDE QUE LLEGAS EL RECIBIMIENTO ES MUY AGRADABLE, LAS INSTALACIONES SON MUY BUENAS LA LIMPIEZA DE LA CABAÑA EN GENERAL ES MUY BUENA Y CUENTAN CON LOS UTENSILIOS NECESARIOS TODO EN UN EXCELENTE ESTADO, LA UBICACIÓN PARA IR ALGÚN LUGAR ES CERCA, ES MUY RECOMENDABLE.
