Para comenzar la habitación que me tocó estaba rota la tubería del aire acondicionado y había agua en la habitación según te ofrecen transporte al aeropuerto y es mentira cuando fui a preguntar a recepción me dijeron que no estaría disponible asta 10 am y mi vuelo salía a las 9 am el desayuno muy pobre solo había huevos revueltos con frijoles definitivamente no volvería a quedarme en ese hotel

not being able to enter the room even if we paid half the rent, after they had told us yes. Room 129 has a humidity problem and it took more than 3 hours to address the problem. They only brought in a perfume spray. The shuttle bus was parked in front of the main entrance for at least two hours, forcing other guests to park on the street where traffic was very busy. Lastly, they did not accept my Marriott membership number. Very bad experience, something that had not happened before, because I use this hotel when I stay in Guadalajara.
