We arrived at night, so the check-in was very difficult as everything is automated. We had to call and have a customer service rep call us back to walk us through the whole hour process as this was so unfamiliar to us. No one will check on you. You can request your room to be cleaned every 3 days. And, If you want towels, etc, you will have to call customer service to call the maid to bring towels etc. Put trash outside your door and the maid will dump it in the morning. Be sure to set up Uber Eats so you can have food delivered. You will be a 5-10 minute walk to a small mall and cinema. The room was clean and only saw one bug during my week there.

Checking in and out was convenient; however, on checking in, our booking number and confirmation number was not accepted and we had to call the customer service. I am not sure if this is the hotel's error or Expedia. Toiletries, towels, and drinking water were not replenished automatically
