i transitioned through taipei. The front desk staff were very helpful! I was looking for a one day tour. So she helped to book a very nice and reliable taxi! I had concern since I had to leave all my luggage in the taxi while i was touring places. Taxi driver was a stranger but the hotel staff ensured me that the hotel would guarantee my safety since they have working relationship! Yup, the taxi driver was awesome! He was very accommodating! Dropped me airport after a day trip. experience!!

Me and my daughter was there 2 nights . Most of the crew don’t know English, They don’t get credit card in the coffee shop.

Very nice, spacious hotel with poor bathroom

- The bathroom looks nice but non-funtional. Badly designed. If we took a long shower, the water would overflow to the outside, there’s a sign saying we would be charged. - The room is spacious and very nice otherwise - The taxi driver called by the hotel to drive us to the airport took a long way and overcharged us. The hotel should have sellected a trustable taxi company.
