Everything about El Pueblo Lodge itself was great: very nice room, warm and helpful staff, very nice hot breakfast. The street in front and all the way through town is under construction and makes getting around a little tricky; with patience, we soon figured it out.

Old property. Old furniture. Bugs in room - maybe from local construction ? Firewood not dried so no ambiance of fireplace that we thought we would have. Overpriced. Very unhappy with our stay - would never return. Reached out to management with no response - very disappointed. I tried, so sorry to say here’s my honest review. Buyer beware - expensive and misleading… I would not stay here ever again!

My stay at El Pueblo Lodge was perfect. They have the friendliest staff and Gloria in the kitchen in the mornings is so welcoming and friendly. She makes the day start out great!

This is a very quaint older motel with a true feel of New Mexico. We stayed in the king suite with a fireplace. The staff was attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The morning southwest breakfast is included and delicious. The two people who prepare the breakfast are wonderful. The ground of the motel are great and in warmer weather would be an ideal place to hang out. Though there is construction on the main road at the location of the motel it was still easy to get in/out. The location is great and Historic Taos is within walkable distance with shops and restaurants along the way. It is a shor drive to the Taos Pueblo which is well worth the visit.
