Hospitality is average- staff is not aware of food details and something ignorant. They communicate wrong info also at times.
Food is bad. Very few dishes were good- Mediterranean platter & whole wheat pasta to be precise. Rest everything was below average.
Room interiors, size and the palace feels of the property are amazing.

It is a nice property but very pricey I must say. service can be better, it took us some time at the reception. Also their cart service is very slow. Good and rooms are top notch.

There was leakage in the bathroom, which took about an hour to fix on our 2nd day. When I mentioned at the checkout- no concessions were to address.
Food was great!
India room tasting menu is not a tasting menu but just a lot of food!!
