Dear Hannah,We read your words with great disappointment, to the point that perhaps you were wrong and didn't want to talk about our hotel.First of all, the undersigned and all our staff (much appreciated and praised by all the other customers) have never deceived anyone and rest assured we never will. Our very professional check-in involves informing all our customers by giving information during the welcome juice offered and continues by accompanying all our customers to the rooms to inform them about our services in the rooms themselves. The bar? well we have 3 bar points (2 on the beach and one in the hotel). The opening hours of the 2 bars on the private beach are linked to the opening hours of the beach which naturally depends on the weather conditions, the one in the hotel is regularly open from 7am to 11pm, what exactly don't you like about this? Perhaps you wanted an "all inclusive 24h" option?, no, we're sorry, we don't offer this service.Property is dirty? NO for sure you are not at all talking of us.......Ants? Where? in the garden around the swimming pool?, well excuse us again if the swimming pool is surrounded by plants and beautiful lemon and olive trees....But then what do you mean by limited water? Are you referring to the fact that in the room on the day of check-in, in addition to delicious homemade biscuits, we offer 2 welcome bottles of mineral water? for the rest and for the remaining days, as our staff told you upon arrival, there is a minibar with mineral water, local soft drinks of all flavors, sweet snacks and savory snacks, for a fee, perhaps you wanted us to offer you water 24 hours a day,? no we don't offer this service or maybe you wanted to have a large kitchen fridge in your room that would allow you to refrigerate all the shopping you did outside? also in this case we are sorry but it is not a service we offer, perhaps as you say you should have chosen another structure, but perhaps rather than a luxury hotel or boutique hotel, a holiday apartment would have been much better for your needs.Best regards.Fabrizio MilazzoHotel Manager

Dear Customer,the purpose of the reviews should be to give an honest evaluation of the property, we are sorry but there is nothing honest in your review.You booked a double room for 2 people and 2 of you showed up, but then after check-in you went to the room but there were 4 adults. Our staff rightly pointed out to you that the reservation was for 2 adults only, you admitted that you had booked 1 double room for 2 adults with us and another double room in another hotel.You probably resented the fact that the staff realized that there were 4 of you and that toycouldn't get the other 2 people into the room secretly.Our beds, in all our rooms are extremely confortable.We will ask Expedia to delete your review as there is nothing correct or truthful on it.Regards.Fabrizio MilazzoHotel Manager

Dear Wendy,Honestly we don't understand what you're complaining about, nowhere do we indicate that we have private parking but Hotel guests can park along the street (plenty of spaces specially out of the peak season) for free (perhaps you should have read the hotel services better before booking). The lift reaches all floors, only for 3 rooms you have to go down 4 steps from the first floor and go up 3 to get to these 3 rooms (we don't understand what's so negative about it, moreover our staff is always at your complete disposal to help all guests with their luggage). For the rest we don't understand and say again what you're complaining about, at this point maybe we're the ones saying: "thank goodness you only stayed with us only one night".Greetings.Fabrizio MilazzoHotel Manager
