Great Hotel - Responsive teams
Posted 29 Aug 2023 on HotelsWe were initially disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool - after reporting to the team - the following days the pool was cleaned and we were really happy/ This is our 3rd visit and it’s my wife’s favourite due to the proximity of the beach and the swimming pool. We extended our stay for another day.

The hotel looks good but don’t book without trip insurance!!! We were unable to go after Air Asia cancelled flights two days in a row, and the hotel was unwilling to reimburse us—by making an exception because our failure to arrive was beyond our control—even after Orbitz repeatedly asked them and we provided documented evidence of the flight cancellation.

This hotel is located on the North shore of Belitung Island. The staff were fantastic the food incredible. The beach front location provides easy access to the clean blue ocean, plus the resort has a large pool. The staff happily look after your ever need. I can not recommend this hotel enough excellent stay.

Has its own clean private beach!
The staff were ever so friendly and smiley, I would have thought I was in the Land of Smiles!
Rooms were very comfortable. Pool was great.
The only down side to things were that Seafood which is what Belitung is rather famous for can be a bit of a distance away. The nearest local restaurant about 1.5 km away. But take it as a walk or a short cycle ride.
