Belitung holiday resort has been a good experience. Comfortable rooms and a wonderful pool. Its a short walk down to the beach, where it's possible to swim and buy an icecream. Friendly staff.
Would like to recommend the plave warmly.

Leisure, good service. Electricity on & off quite annoying. Only Jimbaran restaurant, no other option nearby m.

Thank you for your review, due our side sort a very remote place all the best that we could offer is going town for about 35-40 minutes drives. And we do apologies since the government is maintain the main electricity supply we are on progress to upgrade the power and it was done. once again we are really sorry for the inconvenience regarding the problem of the electricity

This is really a 5* resort, it’s located direct at the beach. Everything is so clean and the Location is awesome. The manager and the staff made our stay perfect, super friendly and always helpful. You really feel like a special guest. The food is amazing, you have a big variation in the menu. Also the breakfast is great, you have a good amount for choosing the right breakfast for you.
Thanks you so much, you made our stay unforgettable and we will definitely come back again.

ホテルのフロントスタッフが英語が話せず結構苦労しました。
意思の疎通が....
ホテルの部屋は清潔で綺麗でした。
近くの海もとても綺麗でしたが、ホテルの裏手なにか（ゴミ？）焼いていて臭いがとても気になりました。
けどブリトゥン島は最高でした。

At this stage Belitung Island is on progress to improve our tourism, and one of the important thing is to have a good communication in English. we will keep practice our staff and make sure to have a good communication between guest and staff.
about the rubbish you mean is actually grass that has been cut by our gardener, and they burn it so it didn't pile up. However this is a very valuable input for us, we will try our best to make sure that it will not happen again.

Struttura nuova e molto bella. Dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per trascorrere un ottima vacanza: è un resort incantevole. La sua bianca spiaggia è sempre pulita e cosa importante una volta a settimana viene effettuata la disinfestazione per i sandfly... Lettini, ombrelloni e giochi d’acqua a disposizione dei clienti. Il personale è molto gentile e cordiale ma dovrebbe tuttavia migliorare la conoscenza dell’inglese per evitare il crearsi di malintesi. Comunque c’è un Manager che parla un ottimo inglese e riesce a gestire ottimamente tutte le situazioni.
