Not good value for price

The hotel looks great but on a decline, we were disappointed in a number of things including the limited activities options, the location - not so practical to enjoy the Gili, missing basics such as kettle or fridge, food is not good and kitchen service is sooo slow even when we were the ONLY customers at the time, Card payment not available for check out... all in all, this was too much paid for the value we got

Dear Yolande, Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you have not fully enjoyed your stay with us. Generally the restaurant is one of our good point but if you did not like the food and the service quality that means we have to readjust several things in the kitchen. It is mostly my fault because I was abroad for my annual holidays and I am normally in the kitchen to coordinate the service in the kitchen and in the hotel in general. About the lack of activities the last year earthquake has reduced the number of activities available in the area as few sites are still closed especially around the Rinjani volcano. Finally about the credit card machine we are still working on it but it is quit difficult to have it for a foreign investor but I am aware that it is a problem for the guests. Thank you for the constructive remarks and we wish you the best for the future.

A little gem in Lombok

Excellent place to stay to relax after the Mount Rinjani trek. Team on spot is excellent and take good care of you.

Prepare for a sore back!

We were a family of three adults and two children. We stayed for 4 nights. We won't be coming back again. Pro's: Beautiful gardens Right on the beach Friendly staff Con's: Expensive for what it is Very very hard beds Basic rooms (just a bamboo wardrobe and beds) Bathroom dark and doubles as a wet-room which doesn't drain well (so you constantly have your feet in a puddle of water when you are on the toilet) A couple of cheap standing fan's in the room (no overhead ones) Food wasn't very nice and you are forced to eat at their every day as there is nothing close by

Best Staff and stay in Indonesia I had so far.

We have been there for 7 days in total. The Hotel is abit away from the typical tourist places, means its not crowded. First we were a lil bit shocked due to no aircon in the bungalow but we had fans and those were totally enough. Of course we needed to adapt to the weather the first 2 days. I've been in many hotels over the last years but I never had such a great staff. The staff makes everything to make you happy. The Food was awesome. Everything we were eating was very tasty. Overall 4**** stars for the Hotel and 5***** stars for the Hotel staff, the Food and the overall experience. Thanks alot for the great week at your Hotel. If i'm comin back to lombok, I will definitly stay there again.

Rinjani beach eco resort

I stayed for 3 nights and it was very nice and relaxing. Staff is really good and friendly and they helped me out and organized a driver for me around Lombok. Room is made out of bamboo, so watch out for the mosquito's. No hot water in the shower. Nice pool and the beach is next to the hotel! Over all I had a good stay.

Nightmare in heaven

Horrible! I booked 7days in advance for a anniversary only to get there and find that we were out in the basic bungalow (20squared meters garden view) instead of the honeymoon bungalow (40squared meters sea view). The staff said they made a mistake and out someone else in our bungalow and were not willing to move them. We spent 1 of our 3nights in a place that had no booked. The place is beautifull but the rooms are covered in bugs (bedbugs and other crawling bugs). No hot water on theb3rd day. And the staff are together with the boat companies to con you to pay up to 5 times more that you have to. The food menu is very restricted. The staff are not very helpfull. Overall a big disappointment considering it's such a beautifull pace the staff ruined the experience.
