"Beautiful property, wirh great views of Cotopaxi from our room. Wonderful to have a wood stove in the room, as it's cold up there and the fire kept us toasty! Franklin was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Food was surprisingly nice, especially the soups and fish. The property is very close to the entrance of the park. "Superb hotel! They had the kindest, most welcoming hotel staff I have ever encountered. We were warmly greeted with a welcome tea, and the lady at the front told us about the property and showed us around. There were two hot tubs, a cold plunge, and a steam room. The massage was great.
