Room was a little small and irregular in shape.
Most other amenities in living room and bathroom are complete.

Staff were unsure about how to use the rewards and as a result we were not able to make full use of these.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is fabulous and we love it! We have been here twice and will be coming again!

Stay was good. On arrival, the check in was good. Room was large and well appointed with a decent bed and shower. I had a view of the car park/road which wasn't great. The breakfast was outstanding with every variety you could think of. The lounge on the other hand was poor and very few vegetarian options. The location is ok, but a little far from the metro and the hotel is now a little dated maybe compared to some of the other options available at this price point. Overall, I really like my stay and would recommend the hotel.
