"The hotel is in a great location, just outside the Medina. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. We had two rooms with sea views. The rooms had a great view, comfortable beds and were clean. The only problem was that the shower wall was very small so water got all over the bathroom Floor when I showered, but it wasn’t a big deal. "The check in process was horrible , because the stuff in the hotel did not receive the confirmation email . So I called orbitz two time every time I had to wait for a long time . First the girl who get my called didn’t even bother to underw to the problem and she said she will call me back but never did . The hotel stuff offer to give me a room regardless but I decide to call second time that when “Sulimane”answer and he was very hopeful. Even called after to check if everything went well."
