My 2 days stay in the hotel given me tire down room on 3rd floor the lady over there. With no lift it was very difficult first day taking stairs. However the staff over there highly courageous and listened to my concerns and difficulty and Monis shift me to excellent room on first level. The room was impressive. My stay was pleasant and area was right where I wanted to be. The hotel name was not properly visible and should need some thought to make is visible as I pose difficulty to people unknown to area.

Basic but clean, has everything you need, lovely roof terrace to relax on with great views, friendly helpful staff. Fantastic location on Petit Socco in the heart of the medina.

The only downside was that the old window has a 1 glass thickness, so it does not protect against the noise of night life on the street. Overwise very clean, tiny but private bathroom.

Get what you pay for.

I want to start off by saying - STAFF IS AMAZING. So kind and friendly and welcoming. The property itself is a little beat up. The bed in my room (#19) had a broken frame and the desk chair was ruined. Light fixture in washroom was barely hanging on. However, it’s in the perfect location. Yes, it’s noises at night but that doesn’t bother me. Perfect walking location and easy walk to catch a taxi. Honestly, for the price I paid, I wouldn’t say I’m disappointed. Just know that if you take the bargain, you get what you pay for. Again, lovely staff. They will make you feel safe and welcome.
