All the staff at El Minzah were super friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend staying at El Minzah, the facility were well kept and clean, and the best part is the location, in the heart of the Medina with lots of restaurants, shopping stores and the ability to experience Tangier within walking distance and at the same time having the security , quickness and safety that the hotel provides.

It is a lovely hotel but the housekeeping let us down. We came back to our rooms late afternoon to find we had no towels. The phone didn’t work and so we had to go back down to Reception. Some of the female waitresses in the bar weren’t very friendly. It’s a 5 star hotel. But the decor and position is lovely. Food was lovely too. So I would go back.

Iconic hotel, friendly staff, impeccably clean, comfortable beds, beautiful pool area, huge variety of food for the included breakfast.
The only parts I didn't like was that the AC wasn't very strong, and when they clean your room, they take your towels but don't give you replacement towels until hours later, so twice I returned to my room to find there were no towels.
