Property are in the middle off truck garage and football court. Lot off alleyways feel not safe and no food for dinner or staff to ask

I had a bizarre experience at D’prima. I arrived at 4:30 pm and was instructed to sit in a seating area outside the direct view of the two personnel at the front desk. Despite making eye contact, they ignored me for 15 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, the male staff member finally acknowledged me, only to make me wait another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, a Muslim couple received prompt attention from the female staff member. After nearly 30 minutes in an empty lobby, I was checked in. I informed the male staff member that I would be checking out at 10 pm and required the airport shuttle. He assured me it was no problem, but when I returned to the lobby at 9:50 pm, I was told the shuttle had stopped running. The new staff member offered to book a taxi, which I declined. As I waited outside for my Grab ride, I saw the initial receptionist who had checked me in earlier, still present at the front desk. He offered no apology or explanation for the poor treatment. I couldn't help but wonder if my race was a factor in the subpar service I received.

This is a good place to stay. The property is a bit older and has some cosmetic issues...but it is a clean and well staffed establishment. I would stay again.

Credit to Vina. She fought to get me a special shuttle to the hotel as I just missed it and have to wait another 2 hours for the next one. She is so nice, professional and courteous in handling my demand. Thank you!!! The room itself is just okay as I stayed only for one night in between flights. Good rate and decent condition for the purpose. The free shuttle is definitely a plus.

Airport transfer was a bit of a hassle to find out where picking up from ! Remember to give them your WhatsApp number . Jakarta airport is big . Hotel and staff awesome for an easy overnight stay ! Reccomend this place highly !!!

The hotel is a good value stop off for the airport, with the bonus of a free shuttle to the airport. I tried to explain to the young shuttle driver that he was responsible for all the passengers lives onboard, "so stop reading your mobile phone messages, and concentrate on your driving." I was happy with the hotel. Room was clean bed was comfy. But 22.00hr the bar closes.

I just like the shuttle service, it's free, that's why I choose this hotel. Room very cleaned, No hairdryer in the room, requesting, never delivered until my hair drying up and have to go. The staffs are busy for every little things that require to do, but unnecessarily, not paying attention for what need to be done
