The hotel is beautiful. Cheap price with good facilities. We stay at this hotel because it close to the airport. They also provide free shuttle to the airport.

Got in at 2am for check in, request was for a Non smoking room, which i confirmed with the Reception. Got to room 305 it waw stink of cigarette smoke..requested a change of room and they give me room 718. Smell was ok. The AC did not work all night. Most uncomfortable night i ever spent in a hotel. Do not recommend.

Asked to be picked up from the airport which was communicated well. Sadly that is where it ended. The pick up took nearly hour half to get to the hotel and we had to be moved rooms twice due to the cleanliness of the rooms. We were only staying one night and that was long enough. When I came back to Jakarta for one night I stayed in the city centre.

Poor ..poor
Posted 18 Jan 2019 on HotelsI emailed the hotel 3 days before arrival for the shuttle to pick us up. I did not get a reply. On arrival there was no one to pick us up. I had to call the hotel and only then did they dispatch a vehicle to pick us up. We waited an hour at the airport. The hotel is very far from the airport. The 24hour Shuttle as stated on the website is only for pick up and not drop off. There was a cockroach on the bed so we did not sleep at all. The bathroom was grimy but we were forced to use it because we had to freshen up after a long flight and we also had an onward long flight. The WiFi was also very poor.

Posted 1 Jan 2019 on HotelsLocation is a but further away from the airport. Additionally, some local roads were closed/blocked which make the hotel less accessible. Pillows were not comfortable though the mattress is okay.
Shuttle to the airport is NOT 24 hours - only starts at 5:00 am. Overall, it is good value if you do not mind the longer travel time to the airport.
