"The property is great but far away from everything. You have to shuttle around on the vans through the property and to get off unless you happen to stay near the gate. Its very far from the bustling area of station 2. So unless you want to spend a lot of time on the property and enjoy the great amenities I would suggest staying somewhere else. "

"Superb hotel from start to finish. Nothing negative to say! The food and service was excellent - we were surprised at how tasty the food was. Everything was well priced given this was a 5-star hotel, the facilities and location were fantastic right on the beach and the rooms super cost and comfortable. Staff went out of there way everyday. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation to stay again!"

"Great stay. The staff are very friendly, warm, helpful and responsive.. Would consider staying at this same Hotel when we visit Botacay again. The hotel is just right at DMall. Great that it is not off the beach as you have more privacy and exclusivity when you are at the hotel premises. Yet, it is just a short walk to the beach area. Highly recommended!"

"This is a beauty with a few drawbacks. Tv selections terrible. Spring for some cable channels to watch. Restaurant ok but need a less formal shop and snack and soda store. Employees ok but have seen better. Shuttle drivers excellene. Desk people efficient but no personality. Service in restaurant fair but not attentive. "
