Conveniently located minshuku.

Convenient location and affordable

Pros: Location
Cons: Condition of the house, You brush your teeth in a sink in a hallway. Affordable in absolute but somehow expensive if compared to local hostels.
Location: 2 min from Kii Tanabe JR station, great if you're on a stop to the Kii peninsula / Kumano Kodo
The location is great and price is affordable for travellers or backpackers hming the Kumano Kodo. Besides that, rooms are small to expect 3 people, leaving not much space for stuff. Hot shower is available, shared, but small and not in good condition, clearly not maintained.
Besides that, the owner is nice.
