Hotel and staff were great. But they need some serious improvement on the wifi and the bed. I couldn’t t get a signal inside the room . And the bed was so hard. But all in all , it was a good vacation. Other than accepting the hard bed and no wifi service, i will definitely be glad to stay at Wyndham hotel again .

I like its feel of seclusion away but closer to airport, shopping areas and town.

Hotel facilities were OK. Room was newly remodeled. My biggest complaint is that the main elevator was not working, forcing me to haul my luggage all the way to the back of the hotel, use the back elevator, then haul my luggage all the way to the front of the hotel where my room was on the second floor. This REALLY
pissed me off.

The only reason for the high ratings is the customer service. They were able to accommodate and went over and beyond expectations for my special request.

Nice and friendly front desk staff. Not too far away from shopping. Clean rooms and surroundings. Only negative for me is the bed. A bit hard.

Room was clean and the staff was wonderful. Internet kept going in and out and was extremely slow. There is no place to put your clothes (no drawer space). The safe didn’t work. No shelves/counter space in the bathroom. Beds were extremely small. Strong odor of mildew in the room.
Nice staff and clean. Overall, I’d never stay here again.
