Very pleasant reception from the receptionist when I checked in! The room could have been cleaner, quite dusty on the tops of cabinets and shelves.

We stayed a few days there and the location was not the best but during makeup room, there is the occasion of no toilet paper top up, called the only reception number for like 30 times and nobody picked up, during checking out, didn't ask about the staying experience

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiaistila pieni isänpäiväaamiaiselle. Asiakkaita joutui odottamaan köyden takana. Tarjoiluhuone ahdas, sekava, kapea liikkumistila. Ihmiset törmäilivät, hermostuivat kun kantoivat astioita ruokineen, juomineen kun törmäilivät. Jokaisen pitää hakea useaan kertaan syntyi suorastaan paikoin kaaos.

Pysäköinti oli ja on loistava, käynti parkkihalliin pikkuisen kävelymatkan päässä. Aamupala oli monipuolinen, paitsi leikkeleitä olisin toivonut enemmän. Henkilökunta ihanaa, kaikki oli lähes täydellistä! Menen uudelleen, kunhan Tampereelle seuraavaksi eksyn!

Respan jono oli kamalan pitkä ja hidas ja kun huone ei ollut valmiina, jouduimme jonottamaan kaksi kertaa pitkän jonon. Aluksi vain yksi respa paikalla. Porukkaa tuli koko ajan lisää. Olisimme menneet ravintolaan istumaan juomille ja odottamaan, mutta sekään ei ollut ennen klo 16 auki. Respasta sai ostaa juoman, mutta kauhean kiusallista siinä säheltää pullojen ja lasien kanssa kun pitkä jono perässä pyörittelee silmiään. Respan tytöt olivat ystävällisiä, siitä ei mitään pahaa sanottavaa, parhaansa varmaan tekivät.
