The check-in in this hotel has been terrible and still is. Too long waiting time. But the staff is very friendly. Also we could hardly notice any refurbisment except that cooling in the rooms was broken and the windows could not be opened like earlier. Very painful night, hardly any sleeping.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. Fortunately we have now managed to fix the A/C and it's working as usual.
