Do not book at this hotel. I booked a room last night, paid in full. I switched rental cars at TPA airport and left my wallet in the car I returned but when noticed the facility was already closed. When I tried to check in to my room I provided a state recognized online ID and offered to pay my incidentals with my Apple Pay. The hotel staff told me they couldn’t give me my paid in full room because I have no credit card with me even after explaining the situation. They also refused to refund me the amount I paid for the room.

We enjoyed our stay! The only issue I had was that the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

I paid almost $600 for 3 nights to stay in a outdated hotel room. The beds are small and hard. One small AC vent so it did not get cold in the rooms. I tossed and turned every night because I was warm. The building looks Expensive but I could’ve got a better room at the Holiday Inn small bathroom. I couldn’t walk around without socks or the bottom of my feet will get dirty. The carpet needs to be cleaned, no free breakfast you have to pay $25 per person to eat breakfast there Then you have to pay $14 per day for parking and parking is in a garage in the back of the hotel so you have to walk far to get to your room. Make sure you get what you need out your car before you go to your room because that is a far walk to have to go back to your car to get something. No microwave so you can’t warm any food up. The pool also does not look like the picture very small. The hallway light is so bright it beams through the door so if you are a person who needs a dark room when you sleep, this is not the place for you either. Also not a Kids friendly hotel. could’ve went to a cheaper hotel, and got a better experience so not worth the money. I will never book here again

Spacious rooms and hotel is in a great area. 10 minute drive to the airport and downtown. There is a mall and movie theater across the street. There is also two gas stations. The hotel is in a plaza and on both sides there are offices, so the view from your room will likely be of people working (if staying through the week). I did self parking, it was $14/daily on you could only park on level 6 and 7 in the deck (located behind the building). You'll take the elevator down to the plaza floor and just walk around. Tip: if you're considering getting breakfast book it with your room, it appears to be much cheaper. Breakfast at the hotel is $25 daily. Besides fresh fruit the buffet changed daily ( pancakes, waffles, roasted potatoes, grits, cereal, muffins, sausage, bacon, etc.).

Stayed here for a concert at the Amalie Arena and everything went perfect! My weekend in Tampa was great.
