This property could easily be 5 stars if it had better management and staff that took pride in maintaining and cleaning the property. The room itself had a great concept and layout but the furniture and appliances desperately need upgrading. The room also could use a deep cleaning and carpets should be removed/replaced. If the hotel could do these fixes I would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff could also be friendlier and go above and beyond instead of just giving the bare minimum. The area was quiet and safe though felt kinda weird in the middle of a lot of factories.

Clean overall but the sofa bed is not a double more like a twin.. does not fit more than one person.. the room should be listed for 3 ppl not 4. The breakfast was great and had a variety for everyone even my picky 11 year old.

Went inside of one of the bathrooms and the tub was completely destroyed. Looked like they were doing construction

We had booked and paid for a room for a king suite. When we got there they gave us a queen suite. When asked about this they claimed they were full and no king suites remaining, even though we booked in line and paid for the king suite. Also, the room smelled like urine… it was disgusting. Was planning on a 5 day stay here, but only stayed the 1 night. Will not return…from
canada.
