Very good hotel considering the price and the area. Also very convenient parking. We’re staying in this hotel again.

The location of the property is perfect for downtown and offer a great breakfast. What I disliked was the fact that they were repairing/replacing an AC unit in the room directly above us which was very loud and inconvenient for our stay. The repairs also vibrated the windows in our room which caused more noise. I went down to the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do for us and his response was "ear plugs." An offer for a different room would of been acceptable if one was offered, but it was not.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We apologize for the inconvenience of the noise during a repair of an A/C unit. When making these repairs we do schedule these during the afternoon in consideration to all our guest to cause as little disturbance as possible. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any available rooms to transfer too which is why another room could not be offered at the time. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this had cause you during your stay.

The courtyard was beautiful. Our room had a balcony but it was falling apart. Our sliding door had been damaged and chipped drywall and paint accumulated on carpet so it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, property was nice. Parking garage is across the street, which is not optimal for a family with small children. It is also quite confining, so don't book this hotel if you are planning to drive your one ton dually with a lift kit. I was also disappointed that the parking fee was not disclosed until you clicked through the initial descriptions which simply said "Parking available". Parking is $25 per vehicle per night, which is a substantial add-on if you and your spouse require separate vehicles based on the nature of your stay. All in all, it is a good hotel, aside from the parking situation.

This hotel was walking distance to most places downtown which was nice. Friendly staff and just a nice hotel overall.
