My sister and I were evacuated from our homes due to storms. We got 2 separate rooms for 2 nights each. Within 4 hours we had no electricity, one of the rooms smelled like it was smoked in, roaches everywhere and definitely not what I expected from a La Quinta. We actually ended up leaving after one night there. I've always have had pleasant experiences with La Quinta but this made a stressful situation worse

No power. Handicapped and on 3td floor. No backup power for elevator. No emergency lights. Didn't get free breakfast. Refused to refund us.

The room I stayed in had a really bad smell and mold issues, the ac was leaking water from the bottom , the fridge didn’t work and in the front door water was coming in so I had to put towels on the bottom, the lights went off for more than 3hrs, I had my 3 little kids and my self so we ended up leaving in the middle of the night, please fix all the room issues before renting in to someone.

Roaches in the room all over everything we had to leave at 1AM which is when we woke and noticed them

My family and I stayed here to escape the flooding from Hurricane Helene. Power went out almost immediately and there was no backup generator. While trying to sleep it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Also, the tub needs replacement and had brown stains on the porcelain. The walls are super thin so you can hear neighbors talking loudly. There was a dog that would not stop barking on the property since it is pet friendly. In addition, there.

First arrived, A.C. unit leaked water all over the floor but the staff were happy to switch us to a different room. Got the late check out package, still woke up at 9am to some custodians pounding on the door and trying to open the door while my wife and I were sleeping. The custodian lady was rude and inhospitable after I told her we had late checkout. Would not stay here again.

Area was ok. Close to highway could access all the beaches pretty easily. Food selection in area was pretty good and walkable. Staff was the best… very accommodating! Made our anniversary really special with the room upgrade. Thank you!
