We booked this hotel specifically because they had 24 hour shuttle service. It took 3 calls to the hotel and 45 minutes to get picked up. If it weren’t for a guest who was exiting, we would not have been able to get inside because no one answered the call buzzer to open the door.

Everything was under construction. It was very noisy. Elevator was unsafe with parts of it being held together with tape. Not advertised on Expedia that hotel was “under Construction”

The renovations being conducted were never mentioned when i made the inqury. I also had a issue with the dining. On christmas day there was no room service, i was told over the phone there would be. Also the restaurant opened at 5pm. They had 1 waitress and i cook. I arrived at 5, didnt actually talk to a waitress till 5:30 to rake my drink orders.and my food order. I didnt actually receive my food u til 6:30 pm that was totally unacceptable. Only 1 elevator worked and it sounded.as if.it was.break at any moment. Overall very dissatisified with my stay

Transportation service to and from airport is not sufficient. Waited 45 minutes for transport to hotel. Also, lobby is under major renovation. Individual room was clean.

I really loved the hospitality shown by the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. This property is going through a renovation so there was a few hindrances, but other than that in my family enjoyed our stay.
