I had an Amazon fire tablet taken from my room. I'm not getting the best results from the Grand Hyatt, therefore, today I got in touch with the corporate Hyatt today. They have opened a case for me. I hope to have some results by next week.

We love this place and have stayed there several times and we will again. I have brought family members down from out of state and put them up there as well.
