There was a roach problem. The smell in the rooms was weird as well..

There were very low class people here and I think some of them may have been living there ! The floor needed to be swept and I felt very unsafe ! I want a refund but can’t get anyone t call me back from Expedia !!!! I p wound up, going to the hotel wax store and getting a room for much more money and heard that they had a lot of people come over there and request a room as well because they felt unsafe on the property at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to any guest go in the future. I wish so many days from Expedia would call me back for a full refund because I’m very disappointed.

Roaches was bad i had to buy some raid roach spray and under the bed there was trash horrible experience

Rooms are not only outdated but very unclean. Cobwebs in the lamps, rusted out fixtures, broken tables, light bulbs needing replacing, dead bugs in fixtures, addicts hanging around at odd hours on the property. Would recommend passing on this one.

There were roaches in the room and I was a bit thrown by seeing them. I was not aware that this is not primarily a hotel but instead a chain that house others that live on the property. Luckily the staff member notified me that it is not a hotel chain, which I will not book going forward. That was my second time booking there and was not aware until this visit.
You don't get fresh towels as I only styed one night. No one cleans the room no iron board or iron in the room. This will not be a choice in future to stay because of the non hotel amenities.

The property is run down, paint is damaged, dirty, bed sheets were soiled and if the clerk was not nice enough to bring us clean sheets, we would have left and demanded a refund!
This property was not cleaned properly, nor was it maintained...I found a mans business card on the floor just under the arm chair. There were splatter stains on the outside of the microwave and the refrigerator.
the stove was heavily worn and dingy the hood had rust pitting all over the surfaces.
The Bathroom sink which at least looked to have been wiped down (as had the Kitchen sink, but only wiped) had 4 crack pipe burn marks in the leading edge.
Surprisingly the Toilet and the shower seemed to have been cleaned well!
There were no hand towels at all...
the floors had not been mopped and were visibly dirty.
The lamp shades had visible dust on them and the room smelled.
Honestly, if I had time, I would have relocated, it was unacceptable and disgraceful.
I expect you to investigate this property and do your own assessment, it is extremely bad and clearly looks nothing like your photos.
I expect a refund! This trip was upsetting to say the least!
