A disaster. A longggg line in order to check in. Then, I came down to buy water and I had to make another big line just to charge two bottles of water to my room. I called the front desk two hours ago because the toilet is clogged and it is coming water out of it and they said they would send someone to my room. I am still waiting for them. If you need ice and your room is on the second floor, you have to go to the 6th, 7th or 8th floors in order to get some ice. Does not make sense to me

We loved the ease of coming to this location late after a concert. Paying for parking isn't my favorite part about this place, but it was very nice and the breakfast was yummy!

Our room was terrible. My family and I were up all night due to a high pitched beep. Went down the front desk and were advised there was no maintenance on duty but we could change rooms. Unfortunately, that wasn’t an option bc we have small children and it was 4 in the morning. The maintenance man came banging on the door at 8am and fixed the already known source of the problem. The water in the shower never stopped running. Housekeeping banged on the door 3 times in a row and was shocked when she received a not friendly answer. Just a terrible experience. I would never return nor recommend. The only kind thing I will say is the bar and breakfast staff were amazing. Also, it is conveniently located by grocery stores and a few family restaurants.

This property was convenient for us and all the staff were very polite and good except housekeeping. Our room each day was not cleaned properly and we had to consistently call down to get items that they forgot to put in the room - bath mat, shampoo, soap, glasses. Kitchen counter wasn’t cleaned, microwave wasn’t plugged in because cord was too short and safe was never opened even though we called to have it done.
