Extremely rude and confrontational Front Desk staff member. Refused to check-in my Wife as the reservation was booked via Expedia under my name. My wife has the same last name and address on her license, and the same credit card. That has never happened before. Fortunately, a manager resolved the issue with a simple form, but the original receptionist was appalling, provided awful Customer Service and didn’t apologize when she was obviously wrong.

This hotel was under construction. Had we have been told, we would not of stayed there.
Free breakfast was horrible. Not worth the money!!!

Cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The furniture looked retro, but it also looked brand new. My wife loved it, big room, and clean as it could be.
