A lovely Costa Rican bed and breakfast style hotel. 5-star property for Costa Rica standards, 4-star property by traditional standards. The staff is amazing. The food is excellent. Expect a very relaxing bed and breakfast type hotel where you are made to feel like family. The food is fantastic.

This is an amazing find, the staff and facility are amazing. There are dining options that are truly delicious and are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are, of course, plenty of monkeys in the area. I cannot say enough how much Los Altos made our Costa Rica trip.

The property is beautiful but the staff is amongst the best. They are very professional and will do whatever they can to make your stay memorable. My husband and I spent 7 days at the hotel. Shout-out to Ari, Enrique, Mónica, Angelica and the chef who made out stay unforgettable.

Best Hotel we ever stay in
From the moment we arrive to Los Alto Del Eros the staff made us feel like royalty
What an experience
The Facilites was beautiful
The room was perfect
We truly love our outdoor shower
The staff truly took care of us and made us feel like family
This hotel truly captured Costa Rica Pura Vida experience
To wake every morning to sounds of the monkeys
And the outdoors priceless
My husband and i participated in the yoga classes every morning…nasamte
Then we headed for breakfast with a personal chef
Provided by the hotel
The food was divine
The signature drink Los Altos del Eros literally hypnotize us just kidding…
The spa services was relaxing
The best part was the private couple massages and romantic dinner just for the two of us.
My favorite part is that the hotel only had 6 rooms
So the staff had the opportunity to really catered to us. Thank you for making our experience at Costa Rica a unforgettable one

First Class Experience

I have been going to this property for the last 8 years and everytime the service and the experience are superb!!! This time wasnt it any different. The location has best of all worlds - its private but close to all the local attractions such as Tamarindo and beautiful beaches like Avellanas. The staff and their hospitality is beyond words. Making your every wish, every desire possible. If you want to forget about the world outside and recharge carefree - Altos is for you
