Check in was quick. Room superb. Lovely furnished balcony. Extremely good Executive lounge. Good brteakfast.

Positive: food at the buffet restaurant was good, but overpriced. Convenient to the beach, just a few steps away. Negative: room was in a dated shape, run down, furniture had lots of damage and in a terrible condition, like a max 2 star hotel, even elevator looks terrible with holes in the wooden walls and damadlge all over. My toilet wouldnt flush, i had to wait all night until late morning for staff to come over and check it, but they couldnt fix, I was not offered to change my room. Bathtub had a long black hair stuck on the wall, i waited to see if it will be cleaned, but it was not for 3 days of my stay. Bathtub was very slippery, but there was no rubber mat provided. Hotel is non smoking, but next room (824) had people smoking on the balcony all the time, and smoke traveled into my room (825). Overall, hotel needs a lot of work to be 4 star they claim to be. I'd rate it 2 to 3 stars, no way a 4. I rented 3 rooms for our party and everyone had same comments of dissatisfaction.

The staff at the dining room and at the lobby resturant where so great and helpfull, The main thing food was bad, its not only the hotel but in the whole area, front desk staff were good but not that friendly. The area of the swimming pool is clean. The room itself was in a good situation the housekeeping were polite and did great job but the room is too old In average the price is too too high for what you get, it should be less than what I paid

very good location in front of the dead sea nice swimming pool just 2 things : 1. the price was not VAT included and this was a very bad surprise when I arrived at the hotel 2. the food is good except the desserts which were mostly some kind of bad taste mousses.

Pleasant stay

Our time there was very pleasant and we found the staff to be helpful and professional. The food quality seems to have gone down a little since last time we were there, but probably it's affected by the wartime economy.

Advertised as a 4 star, run down like a 2-3 star. Average tasting food. Very lively, lots of people, etc. but the building needs a ton of work. This was beautiful 20 years ago
