We had a few problems during our stay, the staff were very nice but still, i feel the value for money this expenses was over fraiset

While the food selection, preparations, and wait staff was excellent, most of the meats seemed overcooked and tough.
We had purchaed a room with Moab option, we didn't know what it was and no body told us the lounge with food and drinks was included.

We had a terrible experience checking in to this hotel and the parking is awful.
