"The property was not clean when we arrived. The pictures shown of the property are deceiving. There was no running water, bed bugs, dirty dirty. We arrived and we left to another location. I lost the money paid as it’s not refundable but I do not recommend this place. It’s unsafe. Dangerous stairs. Not suitable for a family with kids or elderly. Horrible experience overall. "

"The only thing is that the parking lot is not convenient. Living the bags in the car is not convenient at all. Waking from the parking space to the hotel is quite confusing. Make Sure to bring small backpack to bring your personal stuff. "

"Very nice stay. Loved that El Tunco is right behind the property.. access to beach, restaraunts all in the backyard. The staff was great. Wanted to leave (late check out) and was told we couldn’t after calling the night before because someone booked the room. That was disappointing but we were able to stay on the resort until 4pm. Room was small for two if you want space but amazing view, clean, food was okay and bar was a nice vibe. Got a massage for 1 hour for $50. All in all had a great time!"
