You are renting an apartment in a large building so many residents as well as some visitors. The facilities were nice and not really populated. "We had an excellent stay. The apartment is very nice, clean to the extent of being immaculate, high quality fittings throughout, washing machine, cooking facilities. The apartment complex is amazing, super gym, upper level enclosed walking area and a large pool. Well situated for access to local attractions and shops, including a a supermarket in the mall below. "Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

"I arrived early morning and Mr. Jagdeep was kind to let me have early check in to rest. Really appreciate. Reception staff all helpful and friendly, patient. It is not a new hotel but it knows how to run it efficiently and keep good maintenance and cleanliness. Location is fantastic to access all the goodness of the city centre. "

"Good points: - Room was big, spacious and clean. - Gym equipment was adequate with towels and water provided. Room for improvement: - The aircon was switched off suddenly in the middle of the night, which made the room hot and stuffy. - The steamed buns served during the breakfast buffet were cold."

"Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Not many shops and eateries around so less convenient if you need a late night snack or early breakfast - unless you eat in the hotel. Walking to the nearest mall takes about 15 mins depending on pace. "
